Are you ready to play a pivotal role in the automotive industry and make a meaningful impact on supply chain and logistics?

I'm supporting a fantastic organisation who is looking for a dynamic Supply Chain & Logistics expert to lead and shape their client's supply chain and operations through a consultative approach, impacting areas such as logistics operations, supply chain digitalisation, sustainability and broader supply chain projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to have a macro approach to problem-solving, playing a key part in industry development, as well as a passion for collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to drive transformation and improvements to supply chain and logistics operations.

About the role:

• Lead and manage key meetings and host events such as UK Logistics Forum.
• Drive initiatives related to supply chain optimisations (digitalisation, sustainability etc)
• Develop relationships with key members operating within the automotive industry
• Oversee key projects and become a subject matter expert on key issues affecting the automotive industry
• Approach issues on macro level and work with government bodies to introduce and drive policies aiding the automotive industry.

About you:

• Passion and experience working within the automotive industry
• 4+ years of experience operating within supply chain and logistics functions
• Passion for building relationships, with great communication skills and people-focused approach
• Great commercial mindset and desire to make an impact on a macro level
