Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Purpose
Coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations—from procurement to delivery—ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track purchase orders; resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate transport between suppliers, warehouses, and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, schedules, and inventory.
- Consolidate orders to improve transport efficiency and reduce carbon footprint.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance supply chain performance.
- Manage supplier and logistics partner relationships.
- Ensure customer requirements are met and respond to internal enquiries.
- Resolve logistics issues and escalate when needed.
- Monitor OTIF performance and drive corrective actions.
- Achieve KPIs aligned with supply chain scorecard.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years in logistics or supply chain coordination (flexible)
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and ERP systems (Dynamics F&O preferred)
- Proficient in Excel and inventory management tools
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams under pressure
- High attention to detail and accuracy
