As Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring product availability, efficient stock management, and high service levels to internal and external customers.

Description
- Monitor and fulfil replenishment needs by liaising with the Deployment Planner.
- Review and execute replenishment plans with secondary warehouses.
- Actively manage stock levels within the Inventory team.
- Monitor local inventory levels and stock status in ERP (JDEwards).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for short-term supply issues, including allocation and back order management.
- Support resolution of customer requests while balancing business priorities.
- Stakeholder Communication & Continuous Improvement
- Regularly communicate and align on operational initiatives with key stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance etc.)
- Oversee all importations activities (licences, transport, warehouses, customs)
Profile
- 2-4 years experience in supply chain, ideally within pharmaceuticals or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of order management, stock control, and supplier coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong Excel and ERP proficiency.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
