We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Administrator with strong import and export expertise to join our team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to make an immediate impact within a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities
- Act as customs and data coordinator for all UK operations
- Process and clear all customs entries into the UK for the company’s entities
- Collaborate with the service department to manage temporary imports within inward/outward processing special procedures
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all customs declarations for UK entities
- Reconcile weekly deferment statements and maintain precise records
- Maintain accurate documentation within bill of discharge returns prior to submission
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in import/export operations and customs procedures
- Strong knowledge of UK customs regulations and special procedures
- Experience with customs declarations and deferment processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration

Contract Details
- Duration: 6-week temporary assignment with review after 4 weeks
- Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (flexible days by agreement)
