Supply Chain Administrator - Job Box Recruitment Limited : Job Details

*Please note this is a maternity cover contract*

We're recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our client based near Kingston.

The day to day responsibilities will include:

• Reconciliation of stock on arrival, flagging any issues with quality, quantity delivered, or pricing with supplier.
• Creation of daily stock report for all depots
• Assist with management of overstocks and wastage - working with sales department to minimize this as much as possible.
• Assisting with supplier and customer claims relating to both incoming and outbound deliveries.
• Assist with other ad-hoc operational duties when/ where necessary.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good numeracy skills
• Good IT skills
• Good problem-solving ability
• Keen eye for detail

Qualifications & work experience:

• Degree level qualification
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years ideally in a similar role
