Join a leading organic food company in the UK, dedicated to providing healthy and innovative products worldwide. My client is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to play a crucial role in supporting
their mission of promoting well-being for people and the planet.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Reconcile stock on arrival, addressing any discrepancies in quality, quantity, or pricing with suppliers.
- Generate daily stock reports for all depots.
- Assist in the rework of stock if there are issues with the outer case packaging.
- Collaborate with the sales department to manage overstocks and reduce wastage.
- Handle supplier and customer claims related to both incoming and outbound deliveries.
- Support other ad-hoc operational duties as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in numeracy and IT.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Degree-level qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience, ideally in a similar role within an FMCG company.
