Description of roleThe Air Conditioning Supervisor role is to deliver maintenance to SFG-20 and repair works and reactiveservices to a professional standard.The mobile air conditioning engineers role includes but not limited to the following:Proactive and innovative approach to service deliveryWork to and be comfortable with the company cultureWork to ensure routine services, maintenance and repairs are carried out in-line with SLA’sMentor ‘improvers’ and ‘apprentices’Be able you use and understand a CAFM systemDeliver planned preventative maintenance to scheduleAssist with technical issues on site, providing technical supportEnsure all service reports are completed correctly and within the contract timelineProduce quality reports and quotationsProvide feedback, both to the team and managementBuild excellent working relationships with customersCommunicate effectively with customersSite asset management and verification for new and existing sitesWork to Company operational handbook and policiesUndertake site audits with Compliance ManagerUndertake Toolbox TalksForm part of an on-call rotaContribute to productivity & profit of your team

Principle duties & responsibilitiesWorking on all types of air conditioning equipmentServicing with an optimisation and efficiency biasCoordinates on site work activity for multi person jobsResponsible for reactive call outs, trouble shooting and resolving faultsDiagnosis and repair systems malfunctions requiring specific technical knowledge as well asan understanding of time and material requirementsProduce quotations for additional works and repairs as requiredOversee Health & Safety in line with our client’s systemsQualificationsRefrigerant handling qualification (C&G 2079)F-GAS qualificationRefrigeration & air conditioning qualificationsMinimum six years’ experience in the fieldA time served apprenticeshipSkills and attributesTo excel and succeed in this role you must
