An experienced Contracts/Repair Manager is required to join a Market leading Claims Management Company who are reputable within the Subsidence Industry.

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct pre contract meetings with contractors and policyholders to ensure all arrangements are in place for the duration of the work
- Ensure H&S and CDM obligations are met by all parties
- Manage the entire repair phase, carry out inspections (via desktop where possible) and validate variations
- Undertake necessary site visits
- Resolve customer complaints
- Work closely with the Contractor Network Manager in all repair / contractor related aspects
- Undertake H&S site checks and contractor audits

Experience required:
- Experience working within the Insurance Industry, dealing with subsidence claims as a claims network contractor or a contracts manager / surveyor
- Attained or working towards HNC/HND/Technical Degree (such as construction technology, building surveying)
- Attained or working towards NEBOSH in Construction
- Solid knowledge of Health & Safety
- Excellent knowledge and experience of construction technology, preferably residential property
- Be able to drive and full clean driving licence
Salary & Benefits:
- up to £47,000 per annum
- car or car allowance £5,000 per annum
