The opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organised and solutions-driven Studio Traffic Manager to join our in-house creative studio on a 12-month maternity cover.
This full-time London-based role is pivotal to the smooth delivery of marketing campaigns - ensuring creative projects are resourced, scheduled, and delivered with precision. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for creative operations, we’d love to hear from you
Your new role
Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the charge on creative project delivery - traffic managing briefs through Workfront, resourcing freelancers, and ensuring brand consistency across all outputs. You’ll also be the glue between our studio, marketing partners, and suppliers ensuring every asset is delivered on time, on brand, and on point.
Main responsibilities:
Manage the entire creative work-flow process through the Workfront platform, across all production channels (print, digital, content etc).
Maintain cost and time efficiency across production process, including print, content and digital media.
Manage the cost control, including raising POs and ensuring timely supplier payments.
Monitor and report on project progress through work in progress report, adjusting resources and schedules where necessary, whilst keeping stakeholders informed, to manage expectations. Provide a monthly delivery report to communicate studio outputs and pinch point issues.
About You
You’re a natural organiser with a sharp eye for detail and a calm, can-do approach to managing multiple moving parts. You're curious about global trends in marketing, creative, and communication; and you communicate clearly across teams and levels, bringing a collaborative mindset to every project. While experience in insurance isn’t essential, you’ll need to be confident working within a highly regulated environment.
Skills you'll need:
Strong experience traffic managing creative projects using Workfront
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively (MS Project)
Skilled in developing and managing estimates, timelines, and delivery expectations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Confident problem-solver with a proactive approach to issue resolution
Meticulous organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable communicating across all levels of the business
Solid understanding of marketing and communications channels
Ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment while motivating external suppliers
Good knowledge of design and print production processes
Familiarity with SharePoint and digital asset management (DAM) systems
Experience liaising with central postal systems for asset delivery
A network of trusted contacts in the design and print sector
Curiosity about global trends in marketing, creative, and communications
