Cambridge Education Group is seeking a new Student Support Administrator to join our expanding team at our University Partner.
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and supporting students in a higher education setting? Do you thrive in a dynamic, student-focused environment? We’re looking for a welcoming and organised individual to be the first point of contact for our students, staff, and visitors.
In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a positive and supportive student journey. From handling day-to-day enquiries and managing reception, to supporting enrolment, induction, and student engagement activities, you will help create a professional and friendly atmosphere for all who come through our doors.
