STUDENT SUCCESS ADVISOR Join a leading London-based educational institution as a Student Success Advisor, earning £36,400 per year. You’ll support university students relocating to the UK, ensuring their smooth transition and well-being in London, including help with overnight stays. This role offers five days in-office, an Oyster card for travel, and opportunities to travel for work, while making a real difference in students’ academic and personal success. STUDENT SUCCESS ADVISOR ROLE:
- Support students’ academic success by monitoring engagement, providing first-response assistance, managing accommodations, and guiding course changes
- Track and address academic performance, attendance, and policy adherence
- Plan and deliver programming aligned with the internal model, promoting leadership, clubs, and community involvement
- Maintain strong communication, visibility, and approachability to foster an inclusive, student-centred environment
- Manage administrative duties including meetings, reports, record-keeping, and health/safety checks
- Participate in on-call rotations, respond to crises, resolve conflicts, and refer students to appropriate resources
- Collaborate with faculty, headquarters, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent student support and well-being
STUDENT SUCCESS ADVISOR ESSENTIALS:
- 1-3 years of experience in a student-facing position involving university students.
- Degree from an accredited college or university
