Strip Fitter MET Technician - Command Recruitment : Job Details

Location: Dover, KentHours: Monday - Friday, Full-TimeEmployment Type: Permanent, Employed (PAYE)Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience)

Our client is a well-established independent used car specialist expanding into the Dover area. With the launch of their brand-new vehicle preparation centre, they are building a strong, close-knit team to work on high-quality used stock including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW, and more.

As part of this expansion, we are seeking an experienced Strip Fitter / MET Technician to support the bodyshop team with high-quality vehicle refurbishments.

• Strip and refit vehicle components efficiently and to a high standard

• Assist in bodywork preparation as required

• Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and safety standards

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

• Proven experience in MET / strip and fit roles

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High attention to detail with a focus on quality

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• Full UK Driving Licence required

• Basic salary up to £35,000 (dependent on experience)

• 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays)

• Monday to Friday schedule - no weekends
