About the Role
As a Strategic People Partner, you'll work closely with senior leaders across one of our key operational areas, Central Support, to deliver high-impact people strategies. You'll be the bridge between business needs and HR expertise, driving performance, retention, and transformation initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic HR solutions
- Leading workforce planning, organisational design, and change projects
- Using people data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
- Collaborating across the People Team to ensure aligned and effective service delivery
- Acting as a technical expert on complex HR matters including TUPE, restructures, and performance management
- Championing employee engagement and communication strategies
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in People Business Partnering, ideally in high-volume, regulated sectors (e.g., care, retail, hospitality)
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
- Confident in leading change and driving strategic initiatives
