This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office (or any other office throughout the UK).

What the day will look like

Let us describe your typical day

• Well, in this role there isn’t a typical day. You will love being flexible and adaptive to client needs.
• A big part of your role will be helping clients identify their North Star – a tried and tested methodology that Aon use to help clients work out where they are going and how they will get there
• Listening is key, asking questions, being curious – matching client need with our great insights is vital
• Or you will be working on an exciting project that involves benchmarking, harmonisation or branding.
• In everything we do in this team we act as role models, exhibiting the right behaviours and driving our Aon United story.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Practical experience of sitting in front of clients developing clear, measurable, engaging strategies
• Able to demonstrate return on investment on benefit spend
• Worked with well-known employer brands – building relationships and originating income
• Experience of working within a professional services firm
• Past roles in employee benefit technology/consultancy
