The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Store Person, to work for a well-established global food production business, based at their Preston site. This is an ongoing temporary role and working as part of the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve parts from the engineering stores for engineers by request.• Book parts out on the Stores SAP computer system.• Conduct stock checks against database values.• Book parts back into the system when not required and update SAP as required.• Collect deliveries from Security and ensure parts are stored correctly.

Candidate Expectation

• Computer literate.• Understanding of SAP booking parts in/out process but can trained if required.• General understanding of engineering components. • Systematic and diligent.• Be happy to carry out manual handling.• Good communication skills and attitude.
