If you are looking to join our team of over 3000 employees across our 350 UK stores, we have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team in Lincoln Carlton.

Located just outside Lincoln city centre, our store is in the heart of Carlton, a residential area known for its local community feel, easy access to nearby amenities, and links into the city. With good transport connections, including bus routes into Lincoln and nearby road links, Carlton offers a nice balance between work and everyday life. The area is close to schools, green spaces, and local shops, making it a convenient and pleasant place to live and work. Our Carlton store has room to grow, and we’re looking for someone to help play a part in its continued success in this well-connected location.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
