We are looking for a Retail Manager to join us in Little Waitrose at Hickling, LE14 3QG.

Heading up your own unit, you’ll lead the team and drive profitable sales growth. In return, you’ll get bespoke training and support to develop your career with the potential to progress to more senior management roles.
