• Point of sale administrationManaging the teamGrowing the turnover and improving the KPIsThe excellent service offered to our customersThe transmission of your knowledge and skills to the teamHaving an in-depth knowledge of our story and who we are, our offer, our silhouettes and our collectionsSupervision of all “non-sales” activities linked to the organisation and functioning of the point of saleKeeping the brand image bright

On a daily basis your role will include:

• Leading by example in the use of sales skills such as the spontaneous hook, complementary and/or additional sales, customer loyalty, etc.Excellent upkeep of the point of sale and merchandisingDriving a global dynamism in order to achieve sales objectivesAdministrative and HR tasks for the point of sale and the teamOrganising the point of sale according to ba&sh’ strategy and recommendationsRespect of ba&sh’ sales and management processes
