Premier Work Support are currently recruiting a permanent Stockroom Picking Assistant to work in a specialist manufacturing company within the Bexley area.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Pick products against store picking list / works orders.
- Preparing kits for issue to the factory.
- Update stock room bin locations as required.
- Collate drivers in preparation for packing.
- Inspect quality and advise of any defects.
- Pack in suitable bags/boxes.
- Print and label as per sales order details.
- Reduce and keep to a minimum product and component overspill.
- Identification of damaged or faulty goods.
- Ensure the stockroom area is kept clean and tidy daily.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrate recent experience within a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
The hours of work are 7.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Thursday and 7.00am to 11:15am on Fridays.
