Purpose of the job and specific responsibilities:

Stocking

- Monitoring of stocking inboxes and phone enquires (internal and external)- Processing of customer funding requests / data feeds from dealers and vendors- Core BAU tasks of the Wholesale Funding System (WFS) for the companies stocking sectors - Agriculture, Transport Industrial & Construction (TIC) etc. - Support Dealer and Vendor setup and configure on the system- Support UAT testing for WFS functionality development- Communicate clearly with the business in terms of dealer stocking progress, utilisation and performance- Communicate clearly with vendors and dealers where required- As required, obtaining, check and approve vendor/dealer invoices/self-billers- Processing of customer audits via external third parties - Reporting monthly data to the companies takeholders - Work with Collections where/when required on Stocking arrears
