Job Description :
My client based on Hartlebury Trading Estate is looking to recruit a full-time Stock and Procurement Administrator on an ongoing Temp basis. The following tasks are the main responsibilities associated with the role- Maintain and record stock levels of store inventory- Undertake stock checks as required and report accordingly- Manage audits in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager- Manage the stores area to ensure easy access to stock- Ensure all stock is allocated and recorded accurately- Arrange transport of goods to and from site- Process orders in an accurate and timely manner- Operate Forlikft or PPT as requiredAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following- Previous experience in a similar role of stock control and procurement- Previous experience of procurement and buying systems- Experience within Engineering would be advantageous- Good IT skills including previous use of CMMS system- Excellent communication skills- Current Forklift LicenceThe role is Mon-Fri 0830-1700 and the pay-rate is up to £14.50 an hour Keywords:Stock, stock control, Procurement, buyer. buying, CMMS, Pirana, Purchasing, Admin, Administration
