Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting our client in Warminster with an exciting opportunity for a Stock Management & Procurement Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, loves problem-solving, and takes pride in getting the details right.
- Oversee procurement requirements to keep production flowing.
- Manage and monitor stock levels in the ERP system, setting smart minimum stock levels.
- Keep the supply chain running like clockwork.
- Add and code new products to the system.
- Take charge of receipting, organising, and transferring stock.
- Liaise with Sales and Production to move finished goods quickly and efficiently.
- Prioritise oldest stock to minimise waste.
- Carry out regular stock checks and inspections for accuracy and quality.
- Communicate any errors swiftly and effectively.
WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE
- Experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to prioritise your workload.
- Comfortable analysing stock data and acting on it.
- Excellent communicator who works well with others.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Flexible and calm under pressure.
IN RETURN
- 30 days’ holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with service.
- Discretionary bonus after probation.
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
