?? Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm

We are seeking a proactive and organised Stock Controller / Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations and stock management at our Cradley Heath site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of a key operational role with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

• Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate records and timely adjustments.
• Liaise with other departments regarding stock orders, discrepancies, and adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to procedures.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits.
• Support the implementation of inventory control systems and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Previous experience in warehouse management or stock control.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable using inventory management systems or software.
• A hands-on approach with attention to detail.
