Stock Condition Surveyor - Niyaa People : Job Details

I am looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join a Housing Association in Birmingham. The Stock Condition Surveyor will be responsible for a set location ensuring that all Stock data is accurately maintained. This is a short term interim position. Stock Condition Surveyor duties:

• Conducting stock condition surveys on social housing units to ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately
• Establishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components
• Recording all information and data obtained from the survey
• Liaising and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out
• Working in accordance with changing legislations, as well as H&S policies and procedures

What is required for the role:

• Social Housing experience
• Proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor
• Relevant qualifications
