About the Role

About the position and you:

You will bring to the role:

  • Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills to inspire and engage students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to support a diverse range of learners in our community
  • Registration or eligibility to register with the New Zealand Teaching Council
  • Experience teaching STEM subjects, preferably within the New Zealand education system
  • Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a STEM-related subject.
  • Teaching qualification and registration with the New Zealand Teaching Council (or eligibility to register).
  • Experience teaching STEM subjects at the secondary school level.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to use digital tools and electronic learning platforms effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for inspiring students and contributing to their academic and personal growth.
  • Willingness to relocate and adapt to life in New Zealand.
