Staffing Assistant - West End, London - £28,000 - £36,000 - 6 month FTC with view to go permanent

THE COMPANY: International business with offices' across the globe working across industries including Tech, Automotive and Finance.

THE ROLE: Working as part of their european team, you will be offering top level support to the Staffing team, in an Admin and Data heavy position. Key duties will include, but not be limitied to;

• Adding and maintaining information on an internal database
• Sending out confirmations of works
• Assigning works to internal and external consultants
• Supporting the team on interviews and administration
• Communicating with consultants both on the phone and face to face
• Creating staffing reports on a regular basis

THE PERSON: We are looking for a highly adaptable, confident, 'cando' attitude - you will be wearing lots of different hats in an incredibly varied and fast paced working environment. This role is suitable for someone who can display the following;

• Graduate with up to 12 months work experience in an Administrative role
• Confident using MS Word, MS Exel and familiar with databases and reporting
• Abiity to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Highly professional with communication - happy to deliver tricky messages at times!
