Staff Nurse Romford (RM4) £37,455 - £40,455 per annum + £5,000 welcome bonus 37.5 hour contractDays and Nights Available - Full timeTime Recruitment are looking to recruit a dynamic and driven Staff Nurse to join a private hospital ran by an innovative company who are the leaders in delivering behavioural care to over 25,000 people each year across their 350 services.The company is a long-established group with a prestigious history. Over the years, they have developed an unrivalled reputation for delivering a real and lasting difference for each person who uses the service and they are the leading mental health rehabilitation and recovery partner to the NHS. The role consists of the Staff Nurse supporting males with acute mental health needs and offering a pathway to community discharge; this is a specialist low secure forensic service for men over the age of 50. The facility is 26 bedded and is comprised of two wards; both 13 bedded units; one for active rehabilitation and another for ongoing rehabilitation with some service users on this unit having a low level of physical health needs. The team at this facility consists of a much wider multidisciplinary team who cater to each individual's needs, they include psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, Staff Nurses and recovery support workers. The Staff Nurse's duties will involve providing high quality care within a rehabilitation and recovery setting.
