Sr Technical Engineer - Circle Recruitment : Job Details

Job Title: Sr Technical Engineer?? Location: London (with occasional travel)?? Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)

You'll also play a key role in mentoring the team and leading by example, stepping up when leadership cover is needed. What you'll be doing:

• Providing senior-level support across Microsoft technologies, cloud services, networking, and security.

• Designing and scripting smarter deployments in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

• Acting as the go-to expert for firewall and security-related queries.

• Leading and supporting the team during holiday or sabbatical cover.

• Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients and ensuring projects stay on track.

• Keeping infrastructure resilient, secure, and well-documented.

What we're looking for:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, conditional access, account security).

• Solid experience with networking and firewalls (FortiGate ideal).

• Background in MDM, monitoring tools, and general IT infrastructure.

• Experience in IT support at MSP or enterprise level.

• Bonus skills: PowerShell, Power BI, or scripting.
