Position: Speech and Language TherapistLocation: Minehead, SomersetSalary: £29,885.93 - £43,645.39 (FTE £32,302.40 - £47,174.40)Hours: 40 hours per week – Term time only/42 weeksContract: 12-month FTC

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of young people with varying communication needs.

• Attend reviews and team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Registered member of RCSLT and HCPC.
• Professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent.
• Adherence to RCSLT clinical guidelines and HCPC standards.

Experience:

• Experience in an educational setting as a Speech and Language Therapist or student.
• Skilled in supporting young people with learning disabilities using various communication approaches.
• Effective communication with students, staff, families, and other professionals.
