Lighting Sales Manager£50,000 - £60,000 basic + comm/bonus + Company car/ Allowance + benefits packageNew and exciting opportunity for a motivated, up and coming, proactive lighting sales professional seeking a career move. Working for this well established, expanding Global solutions provider, you will inherit a £1m project pipeline to immediately work on combined with the ability to network within warm retail accounts, which are existing Group clients, as well as seeking any new business opportunities.Responsibilities include increasing market share of retail lighting sales by strategically growing the business, proactively identifying new opportunities and working closely with account managers across the Companys vertical sectors to develop and grow the lighting opportunities within established retail accounts (High Street & Food)The ideal candidate will have drive and ambition with entrepreneurial flair as you have a unique opportunity to work autonomously, influence and grow this sector. You should be comfortable with sales metrics, forecasting, account planning and demonstrating value through return on investment discussions. You should be able to demonstrate success in consultative selling, solution development and delivering long term customer value.Location: Easy access to South East office
