The salary for this position is Teachers' Pay Scale TMS/UPS £31,350 - £47,839 per annum plus 1 SEN Point £2,270.

About the Role
The role of Specialist Teacher for Inclusive Practice will present a unique opportunity for the right individual to use their knowledge, skills and experience to support local schools in the delivery of a curriculum that will extend the learning of pupils with additional needs and disabilities, across the key stages.
As part of a team working with pupils from Early Years to Key Stage 4, no two days will be the same. Whether you are developing a school's capacity to meet the needs of pupils with additional needs and disabilities through systemic work, delivering quality training, supporting the SEN department, modelling group work or following a consultation model around a pupil with complex needs; each new location gives you an opportunity to build effective working relationships which help schools to "narrow the gap". As a centrally employed teacher working for Surrey County Council, you will work in partnership with schools, families and other professionals delivering a quality service which impacts positively on outcomes for pupils.
