Special Needs Tutor - LTS Group : Job Details

LTS is looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate tutors to deliver 1-2-1, face-to-face tuition as part of our exciting Outreach Programme.

What You’ll Do:

• Use your expertise to adapt lessons which meet individual learning needs.
• Help SEND children in reaching their full educational potential and boost their confidence.
• Be passionate about inclusion, creating learning environments where every student feels seen, supported and capable.

What We’re Looking For:

· A friendly, upbeat attitude and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.

· Proven experience supporting a wide spectrum of SEND (e.g. dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, ADHD).

· Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths (primary or secondary level).

· Reliable, organised, and confident working independently.

· Experience collaborating with families.

· Innovation and flexibility in lesson delivery.

· Qualified Teacher Status (preferred but not essential).
