A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bexley is looking for a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2025, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs across EYFS and KS1.

ROLE DETAILSSEN Teaching Assistant supporting pupils with additional needs
Full-time role starting September 2025
Pay: £105 - £115 per day (experience-dependent)
Work 1:1 and in small groups to deliver targeted academic and social-emotional support
Collaborate with class teachers, SENCO, and external professionals
Experience supporting children with SEN, or strong motivation to start
Interest in inclusive education, child development, or psychology
Patient, compassionate, and adaptable in a dynamic school environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Proactive, reflective, and open to training and development
Rated "Good" by Ofsted with outstanding leadership and rising attainment
Well-resourced classrooms and inclusive outdoor learning spaces
Progress scores well above national average in reading, writing, and maths
Supportive, creative leadership team with a clear vision for inclusion
Regular CPD and professional development opportunities
Located in Bexley with excellent transport connections
