Spanish Speaking Customer Service Consultant - Gi Group Ireland : Job Details

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Consultant to join our client, a global leader in food manufacturing distribution in their brand new London location. This role is ideal for someone who combines excellent customer service skills with strong analytical ability and operational awareness. You'll play a key part in ensuring smooth stock management, anticipating service issues, and delivering an outstanding experience for their B2B clients.

• Customer Support: Provide professional, efficient support to customers in English and Spanish, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
• Liaising with clients in England, Spain and internationally.
• Stock Review: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent shortages.
• Incident Anticipation: Identify potential service issues and implement proactive solutions to avoid disruptions.
• Data & Insights: Collect and analyse performance data to identify trends and drive service improvements.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
• Feedback & Reporting: Gather customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and swift problem resolution.

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in customer service, stock management, or operations (B2B experience preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with BI tools.
