We’re looking for a Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen, support the Head Chef, and take pride in creating food that the whole team is proud of.

The Kitchen

• 6 person brigade with strong team structure
• Fresh seasonal menus, cooked from scratch
• Whole animal butchery & daily fresh fish

• Hands-on, experienced leadership with a positive culture

What we’re looking for

• Experience in fresh food kitchens
• Calm, confident leadership on service
• Ability to mentor and support junior chefs
• Comfortable with prep, stock, ordering, and hygiene standards
• A genuine love of cooking and improving
