Sommelier - Jubilee Hospitality : Job Details

Are you an experienced Sommelier looking for an opportunity?

THE JOB:

• Full control of the wine list.
• Day to day upselling and advising on the wine choice.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Min. 1 year of experience as a Sommelier
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in AA rosette location desirable.

THE PACKAGE:

• 38-40K per annum (experience depending) + TRONC
• 40h per week on a 4 days per week rota
• Christmas off
