You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes. What role will you play? We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst or Associate with strong M&A experience. You will be working with the senior team to originate and execute opportunities, assisting them in all transaction execution activities and marketing with an emphasis on financial analysis. You will prepare financial models and pitch books for transaction execution and marketing purposes as well as model cash flows / financial projections to support transactions. You will also have the opportunity to attend relevant meetings with clients and senior leaders as well as industry conferences. What you offer
- 3-4 years of relevant M&A experience
- Able to demonstrate your deal execution experience and be regarded as an outstanding performer amongst your peers
- Excellent financial modelling, valuation and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Any other language skills will be advantageous
