Solution Architect - East London/Hybrid - £75,000 plus generous benefits

I am seeking a Solution Architect to work for a household name client based in East London. The role is primarily remote, but will require occasional travel to the office. The organisation are extremely flexible, and the work/life balance of employees is of paramount importance to them.

The successful Solution Architect will have either previously worked in a similar role or will be a DevOps Engineer looking to take a step up into a more strategic role. You will be working on projects across the Microsoft stack designing, maintaining and continuously improving the technology platform across business systems, data and the digital areas of the business.

The right person for this Solution Architect role will work on the following:

• Experience of desgning, implementing supporting Microsoft Azure applications
• Design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics and ideally Cisco- based systems
• Defining the strategic plan for technology change
• Designing a suite of digital services to support data and the architecure to underpin it
• Building relationships with suppliers to ensure that the highest standards of security are achieved
• Design, evaluate and help procure systems to get systems working together in a coherent fashion
• Developing IT strategy around digital transformation
