Primary Responsibilities

As part of your role, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and evolving Land / Air user needs, requirements and business processes with customers.
• Ensuring that planning of activities to deliver Land / Air products and services has addressed all activities needed to meet the user needs, requirements and business processes of customers.
• Reviewing and approving impact assessments for Land / Air product and services.
• Reviewing and approving Land / Air design baselines.
• Presenting Land / Air solutions at Joint Solution Coherence Reviews.
• Engaging with customer for generation development of Verification (system) and Validation (user) test strategy for Land / Air systems and services
• Reviewing and approving Land / Air design baselines.
• Please note that the above list is not exhaustive and you'll be required to undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required.

Desired Experience

• In-depth understanding of MOD (Land / Air) maintenance, equipment, and engineering processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MOD, DEFSTAN / JSP standards.
• Deep digital skills, with demonstrable experience in leading the delivery of technology services for enterprise class logistics / engineering services for the MOD.
• Natural integrator of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills covering colleagues, partners / vendors, and project sponsors.
• Implementing / Product / Service owner of ERP and MRO systems.
• Degree-level education preferred.
• Self-starter with experience working in a matrix organisation, capable of discussing ideas and concepts with staff at all levels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, partners, vendors, and project sponsors
• Experience in applying consultancy approaches and techniques.
• Familiarity with a range of delivery methods, including waterfall, agile, and DevOps.
