Senior Litigation Solicitor Opening!A well-established and esteemed legal firm is currently seeking a seasoned Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of five years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their skilled team in Ashford, Kent. • Disputes involving both residential and commercial landlord and tenant issues
• Professional negligence claims
• Conflicts within the construction and property development sectors
• Contractual disagreements and enforcement issues
• Business partner disagreements
• Debt recovery and enforcement of legal judgments
• Insolvency proceedings for both companies and individuals
• Other contentious matters requiring legal resolution

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in civil litigation with at least 5 years' PQE
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proactive and confident in managing a varied caseload in a busy, team-oriented workplace
• Specific knowledge of property-related disputes is advantageous
• ACTAPS membership would be beneficial
