Commercial Litigation Solicitor 5+ PQE

Cardiff (hybrid working)

A standout opportunity for a commercial litigation solicitor to join a top tier commercial litigation team with a strong reputation for complex and high value commercial litigation work across a range of sectors. This commercial litigation solicitor will be atleast 5 years' PQE.

This commercial litigation team advises major corporates, financial institutions and high net worth individuals on a broad mix of contract disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, fraud and regulatory matters. The work is high quality and the culture is collaborative.

You'll take the lead on significant matters, manage client relationships, supervise junior lawyers and play a visible role in the growth of the practice.

What we are looking for:

5+ PQE in commercial litigation

Strong experience in contractual disputes, shareholder issues, professional negligence and fraud.

Proven ability to run complex matters and work directly with clients

Confident when supervising juniors and contributing to business development

Commercial, collaborative and ambitious
