What this role is all about:A Software Engineering Manager is accountable for the delivery of products and services and the performance of a Software Engineering team.You will build and maintain teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating and working well. You will identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them, focusing the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and services.You will need to provide technical leadership, line management and coaching and mentoring and take full responsibility for all work delivered by the software engineering teams, ensuring delivery on time, with reference to budget and with a high level of quality.You will be quick on your feet to respond to change in a fast-paced environment utilising the best of Agile and Scrum Practices.Key ActionsAgile and Lean practicesYou can identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use.
