Our client is a leading Consultancy & training company with multiple UK offices and this role will be based out of their Central London location. This role is working in their internal team working on various applications that keep the business running. This role is 4 times a week in the office.

Description

  • This is a mixed role of hands on coding and leading the development team of 6 (60-70% leading - the rest hands on coding)
  • Helping lead various integrations within the business
  • Collaborating with other departments to define project objectives and establish project plans.
  • Implementing best practices in coding and software design within the team.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
  • Reviewing and approving code changes made by the team.
  • Working closely with the technology department to ensure alignment with company strategy.
  • Constantly improving team processes to optimise productivity.
  • Participating in recruitment activities to hire top talent for the team.

Profile

Must haves:

  • C#
  • .NET Core
  • Integration experience
  • Team Lead/ management experience
  • Experience in recruitment, Agile, training, roadmapping, architecture, strategy etc

Nice to haves:

  • React
  • Cloud (AWS/Azure)
  • Mulesoft
