Social Worker - Children in Care - Ely - Opus People Solutions : Job Details

Opus people solutions on behalf of Cambridgeshire County Council have an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker in their Children in Care TeamThe Children in Care team work with children of all ages that are in care, carry a caseload and progress care plans for them. They may be finding adoptive placements for them, or supporting long term fostering plans. There will also be some complex young people in residential care, and a group that we are supporting to return home to family members.This role will be based at Ely with Flexible working arrangements available.This role will include

• Statutory requirements such as statutory visits, CIC reviews, completing Care Plans and Pathway Plans. Considering risk and managing this, safeguarding. Good quality planning around transition, reunification and permanence.
