What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our Adult Mental Health Service as a Social Worker and play a key role in supporting service users across the community. In this role, you will:• complete comprehensive assessments of service users’ mental health and social care needs• develop, implement and review personalised care plans• provide safeguarding interventions and risk management• deliver support to promote recovery, independence and wellbeing• work closely with the MDT, carers and external agencies to coordinate effective care• contribute to reports and documentation in line with professional standards

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:• a current and valid Social Work England registration• experience working within Adult Mental Health Services• strong communication and assessment skills• ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team• commitment to safeguarding and promoting recovery-focused practice

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role is full-time, Monday to Friday. The initial contract is for 3 months with the possibility of extension.
