Deliver high-quality social work services to adults within the community, supporting individuals with a wide range of needs and disabilities while ensuring statutory compliance and promoting independence and wellbeing.

• Provide timely, effective social work services in line with statutory guidance

• Conduct safeguarding assessments, evaluate mental capacity, and manage deprivation of liberty cases

• Collaborate with individuals, carers, families, and multi-agency teams
