Role: Social Media Marketing Executive

Location: Leeds

Salary: £25k - £30k

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Social Media Marketing Exec to join a dynamic and forward-thinking cutting edge national hospitality organisation.

We are looking for a creative individual who has a natural talent for content creation, you will be tech savvy and creative in your approach with an ability to capture target audiences with engaging, exciting current content across all social media channels (key focus on Insta and Tok Tok)

You will identify latest social trends and be able to align these, maximising engagement, growing channels and enhancing brand visibility.

The Role Brief:

. Develop creative and engaging social media campaigns through telling stories and creating content that inspires and engages audiences.

. Add creative input and assist in developing and building social media strategy, driving growth, engagement and brand visibility

· Planning and delivering of daily content, scheduling for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

· Leading paid social media strategy, from briefing through to optimisation and reporting

· Building key relationships with influencers, content creators and employees to bring the brands to life

· Producing video content and brand photography across TikTok/Instagram

· Be a social media ambassador, keeping up to date with the latest trends and sharing creative ideas.

About you;

• You will have solid Social media marketing experience in creating engaging content across all social media channels
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work on multiple projects and execute a range of social media campaigns
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and take the lead on campaigns, possess excellent organisation and project management skills
• Knowledge and experience of paid socials, competent with analytics and recommendations to improve performance
• A Creative mindset, showcase experience of creating engaging, fun social content
• Excellent communication skills – confident to engage and work with employees to capture social content, visiting different operations in the company
• Strong copywriting. written and verbal communication skills.
• A degree in Marketing, PR, Digital is desirable
