The Role
The role will see you joining a wonderfully creative team of designers and marketers and you'll be leading the social media engagement and brand awareness for wellness, health and beauty products, so you must have a background from a retailer, wholesaler or a beauty/wellness business.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute creative content strategies to maximize engagement and growth, focusing on dynamic posts such as reels, carousels, and videos in collaboration with our Design Team.
- Develop social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement of new and existing brands.
- Conduct hashtag research and apply SEO strategies to expand visibility.
- Analyse performance metrics to refine engagement and growth strategies.
- Manage budgets for paid social advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal performance.
- Direct influencer marketing initiatives and ambassador programs to bolster brand visibility.
- Craft compelling copy for social media posts, ad campaigns, press releases, and marketing materials, ensuring consistency with the brand’s tone and messaging.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, including market trend analysis, consumer behaviour insights, and direct marketing campaigns.
- Develop and oversee PR strategies, including press releases and media relations.
- Regularly update social media platforms and manage the distribution of press materials.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify new growth opportunities.
- Oversee all social channels, both paid and organic.
This is an incredibly busy and interesting role with so much to offer the right person. This role is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (no hybrid option). You must be happy to be at the offices in St Albans full time.
