Are you a creative, trend-savvy social media enthusiast ready to make an impact? Our client are looking for a Social Media Assistant to help elevate their digital presence and engage a vibrant online community of over 900k followers.

You’ll be part of a dynamic marketing team, supporting the delivery of standout content, driving brand awareness, and bringing British luxury to life across social platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing customer and trade marketing campaigns across key platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track metrics and insights to refine strategies and boost engagement.
  • Content Creation: Capture behind-the-scenes moments at events and shoots, and deliver live coverage.
  • Event Participation: Attend major events like Cheltenham Festival, Badminton Horse Trials, Burghley, and The Game Fair.
  • Calendar Planning: Help select events and pitch strategic opportunities.
  • Creative Execution: Interpret briefs and respond to feedback with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Platform Management: Schedule and publish content across assigned channels.
  • Influencer Engagement: Support outreach and relationship-building with influencers and affiliates.
  • Content Ideation: Pitch weekly ideas and help plan engaging, on-brand social posts.
  • Ad Campaigns: Collaborate with external ad partners to deliver content and support execution.
  • Global Coordination: Work with the US team to align social media activities across international events.
  • Audience Growth: Propose giveaways, collaborations, and campaigns to grow and engage the audience.
  • Trend Tracking: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates.
  • Brand Representation: Maintain a consistent, high-quality brand voice across all content.
  • Visual Storytelling: Create visually compelling content that builds community and elevates brand presence.

About You

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Marketing or Social Media qualifications (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience in both consumer and trade marketing
  • Proven success in campaign management and performance tracking
  • Skilled in content creation across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) and Canva

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organised with great time management
  • Calm under pressure and deadline-driven
  • Tech-savvy with fluency in Microsoft Office, Adobe tools, Canva, and scheduling platforms
