Ski Sales Consultant - 6 month contract

£23,000 OTE £28,000

Hybrid - West London

Our client is a leading specialist luxury winter sports tour travel company.

Established for over 20 years, they are now seeking sales driven passionate Skiers to join their team, working in a fast-paced targeted sales environment in state of the art of offices.

As Ski Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining a relationship with clients through focused account management.

Using your sales skills and experience, you will convert enquiries into bookings making sure that agreed targets are achieved whilst maintaining the company's high standard of unparalleled service.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis - London.

This is a 6 month contract starting in September 2025 until March 2026.

Ski Sales Consultant Responsibilities and Duties:

Convert enquiries into sales by tailoring a package specific to the client's requirements.

Using expert knowledge of the ski and winter sports to recommend a holiday package for clients.

Attempting to close the sale at every opportunity.

Actively seek to improve the level of service offered to clients with a commitment to go the extra mile and exceed expectations.

Achieve and exceed sales performance targets against KPI's including call conversion and margin targets.

Take ownership and accountability of your work ensuring 100% booking accuracy.

Ski Sales Consultant Experience Required:

A passion for ski and winter sports

A genuine ability and desire to sell and provide excellent customer experience.

Good organisation, written and numerical skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

Ski Sales Consultant Salary and Benefits

Base Salary of £23,000

ommission based on performance OTE £28,000
